Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with OLIMON. Your satisfaction is important to us.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following requirements:
  • Be in the same condition in which it was received — unused, unworn, and without signs of wear
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

How to Return a Product

  1. and provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. After approval, you will receive the return address and instructions on how to ship the package.
  3. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
  4. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
  • Personalized items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please return it first.
Once the return is approved, you may place a new order on the website.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within up to 10 business days.
